Team Leader (TL)

The Team Leader is the bed rock of the Close Protection Operation. He is responsible for the successful execution of the Close Protection operation. He conducts Principal’s Profiling by looking for the 7Ps and making a correct Threat Assessment and Mitigation Plan. He also conducts the operational brief to other team members and manages the operational and administrative requirements of the Close Protection Team. In case of any change in the operational plan, he is responsible for informing the Principal and the Team members. He is the single point of contact between the principal and the Close Protection Team.

Personal Protection Officer (PPO)

The Personal Protection Officer/ Specialist is the last line of defence and directly responsible for the safety of the Principal. Any change in the plan or requirement of the Principal, the PPO informs it to the Team Leader or gets it executed. The PPO is smart, agile, resourceful and innovative operative who fulfils all requirements of the Principal and acts as the most trusted Confidante.

Personal Escort Section (PES)

The Personal Escort Section forms the inner cordon of protection to the Principal. The section is responsible for the correct embus and debus of the Principal from the vehicle. They are also responsible for conduct of the Liaison and provide necessary observation on movements around the Principal. The section provides integral support to the PPO during the Close Protection Operation and is responsible for the equipment management during the Close Protection Operation.

Security Advance Party (SAP)

The Security Advance Party forms an integral part of the Close Protection Operation. They are responsible for moving in advance and conduct necessary liaison and check of the security and administrative arrangements at the venue. They are responsible for route clearance and inform the Team Leader about the same. They are supposed to conduct a detailed reconnaissance of the operation maybe a day prior or before the scheduled event. They are the most important link in successful execution of the Close Protection Operation.

Residential Security Team (RST)

Residential Security Team is responsible for round-the-clock surveillance and protection of Principal’s residence and personal assets. The protection is provided 24x7x365 and employs physical and electronic means to guard the facility. The RST conducts a comprehensive protection of principal’s assets by employing Roving patrols, Monitoring CCTV, Managing Visitors and Employees, Filling Log Books and provides Covert and Overt surveillance of the principal’s residence.

Driver/ Chauffeur

The driver of the vehicle is a key person involved in the protection of the Principal. He is trained in advanced and evasive driving skills. To execute his task well, he may be solely employed as a driver. He is trained as a Close Protection Specialist and forms an integral part of the Close Protection Team.

Medic

The Medic is trained in Basic and Advanced Life Support and can prove to be a Life saver in hostile and real time life-threatening situations. An experienced Medic can be an invaluable asset in the Close Protection Team.
